Uwe Seeske - your coach and adviser

Since 1990 i have built up and restructured several sectors for some IT and telecommunications companies in different positions (e.g. as senior manager and administrative board). I've also managed large international projects with a contract value of up to 50 million euro.

I realized that in the everyday work, only a very few problems belong to technical nature, but to leadership and communication. For this reason, i've trained as a NLP Trainer and Master of Busniess Coaching and since 2002 i'm supporting numerous executives.

It's a great pleasure for me, when i suddenly recognize in a coaching session the glow in the eyes of my clients when he knows what to do.
